Favreau's 'Cowboys & Aliens' gets release date

Director John Favreau (Iron Man) is pushing ahead well with his next project after Iron Man 2. Based on the graphic novel of the same name, Cowboys & Aliens, taking its name from the does-exactly-what-it-says-on-the-tin school of filmmaking of the likes of Alien Vs Predator, has been given an initial release date of July 29th, 2011. Daniel Craig and Olivia Wilde have been confirmed to star, and rumours are circulating that the film will follow the recent trend and be shot in 3D.
