BBC's Angela Rippon answers our phones
On 6 October 2011, former BBC News presenter Angela Rippon worked at our cinema as part of a new primetime BBC 1 series.
The show, to air during November and December, investigates whether the many modern systems designed to save us time and money actually make our lives any better or are just infuriatingly difficult to use. We offer a traditional Box Office telephone service, a practice almost resigned to the history books, and was happy to get involved with the programme.
